This is a very unique product produced in France, in Bordeaux.
Indeed, Gouda cheese can be produced outside of Netherlands and therefore Jan has created la Fromagerie Beauséjour in a region that usually doesn’t produce many cheeses.
In this Gouda au basilic, you will find basil, garlic, oregano, capsicum which gives this cheese a very delicate and powerful herbaceous taste. No chemicals or preservatives are added for the most genuine flavour!
