This Mozzarella cheese is produced in Nakashima farm from their own herd’s milk.
Once the Mozzarella was produced, they dip it in a Miso bath to give it this delicious umami taste brought by the fermented bean paste.

Result is a delicious, creamy and umami mozzarella!
