Antoine Zaruba - the cheese master will share tasting notes and tips of how to enhance flavours. Each participant savoured their creations alongside a chilled glass of sparkling wine, learning tips on how to elevates the richness of cheeses.
To conclude, everyone received a goody bag to take home. This class not only celebrated the art of cheese platter making but also deepened their understanding of flavour harmony and presentation.
