A goat’s cheese that has been delicately rolled in vegetal ashes to give a beautiful light blue and grey color.

This Sainte-Maure is produced exclusively with japanese products. The straw in the middle of the cheese is also grown by the producer, Masa-san in Hiroshima Prefecture.
