Queso Zamorano is a PDO which will remind of other Spanish raw sheep’s milk cheeses. It has the intensity, the fantastic crumbly texture of the best Manchegos.

Queso Zamorano has a stricter PDO which requires the use of raw sheep’s milk and is exclusively produced in Zamora province, in the Castilla y Leon.

This is by far one of the most flavourful sheep’s milk cheeses I have tried in Spain!
