We have found one of the best artisanal chocolate producers in France, a few kilometres out of Paris, in my hometown Rueil-Malmaison!
Gilles Cresno is producing in his atelier those delicious chocolates, and we are lucky enough to get some!

It is made from Cacao nibs, Cacao butter and powder milk, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Raisins, Candied Orange, Pistachios, Brown sugar and vanilla extract.

This product also contains soy lecithin so it would keep a perfect consistency and shape (doesn’t affect the flavor).
