The Cheese House was founded by Antoine Zaruba in 2019 and has since then been Hong Kong’s most refined and quality focused cheese company.
Since its creation, many of the finest Restaurants, Hotels and Bars have entrusted Antoine for his cheese knowledge and great sourcing all over Europe.
Cheeses in the UK are impressive because mostly underestimated. Some of them are outstanding jewels.
Stichelton is a farmhouse blue cheese produced in Nottinghamshire close to Sherwood Forest and is produced with raw cow milk, unlike Stilton that has to be produced with pasteurized milk.
Joe Schneider has a beautiful cattle of about 80 Holstein cows that are fed with local food and able to go out pasture on the land.
Stichelton is, in our opinion, one of the best blue cheeses in the world and has stunning flavours, from meaty/foie gras taste to grassy and herbaceous. We are so proud to be able to offer you that cheese !
